Blackberry 9700 Bold is popular in its own look, design and feel in the Blackberry family and among its users. It is surely the improved version of its predecessor blackberry phones, and offers a good user interface for all its lovers.

Look, Design and Feel

Classic as its name, Blackberry 9700 bold is a powerful device with the same old look of a blackberry phone. The silvery effect given to the phone is pleasing and looks good. As usual, in most of the blackberry phones, the QWERTY keyboard has taken up a lot of space, thereby leaving a very small space for the screen. The keys are good, made of plastic with a glossy finish, and are placed keeping the typing efficiency of a person in mind. Hence, the keyboard definitely gives a comfortable grip.

There is an indicator light in the right hand top corner of the screen. This light alerts one of the incoming calls and messages. The left corner of 9700 has a small headphone jack. This enables one to plug-in the headset even if the phone is inside its case. Below this, there is a microUSB port and a key that is user-customizable. There is a dedicated camera key placed at the right side of the phone beside the key for volume adjustment on the same side.

Blackberry 9700 Bold is light and fits easily in your pocket. It is comfortable to hold and use. It comes with the same old user friendly interface and menu system, easily understood by all the blackberry lovers.

Blackberry 9700 Bold is a truly a great successor of its family. Multitasking goes smoothly on the Blackberry OS 5.0. One can toggle between all the IM tabs quickly in midst one’s work. The 256 MB RAM and 624 MHz processor is quick and strong to handle all the applications of the phone. Battery life is also good with no frequent charging required.
