Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W330 Review

Are you looking for a compact and light weight digital camera? If yes, then you should take a look at the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W330. This new model from Sony is light weight, slim and compact. It can easy fit into the trousers’ pocket as well as in a hand bag. It has a resolution of 14 mega pixels and 3 inch LCD screen. This camera has 4 x zoom lens. The lens used is Carl Zeiss. This camera has digital image stabilizer. This Sony model is made up of plastic and is available in blue, red, silver and black colors.

The bottom side of camera has battery compartment with memory card slots. This camera has an internal memory of 28 MB. The topside has power and shutter buttons. All the other controls are on the back side i.e. near to the LCD screen of the camera. The menu settings, image settings, navigation pad, smile detection, timer functions are seen on the rear side of the camera. The menu of the camera is quite simple and easy to use.

This model has Intelligent Auto mode helps in setting adjustments, smile detection settings, etc. The anti shake mechanism is used in the camera. The movie mode captures videos. The camera is fast and delivers good results. The start up time of the camera is around 1.8 seconds.  This model of camera has lithium ion rechargeable batteries. The battery life is average and lasts for 230 shots. The image quality of the camera is good. This Sony model produces images that are sharp, natural and clear. The color quality of the images is good. They are vibrant and accurate. The video quality is average.

The camera is priced at $170.  The camera is quite affordable and can be of great help for the beginners. Due to the lower price range, this model has limited features. It is a good, simple and easy to operate camera available in low price with 3 inch LCD screen and good, wide lens.
